ASSA ABLOY acquires Bird Home Automation GmbH (DoorBird)

The ASSA ABLOY Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Bird Home Automation GmbH and intends to to further expand and scale the business over the coming years as a result of changing market requirements.

Sascha Keller, Chief Executive Officer of Bird Home Automation, said, “having founded DoorBird in 2014 and continuously developing it since, we have had an incredible journey and built a very successful business.”
