Do it Best has recently aligned two key divisions, Marketing and E-commerce, under a single leadership. This initiative marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance its digital presence in the ever-evolving marketplace.

Allison Flatjord will serve as the company’s Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce.

Effective immediately, Allison Flatjord will serve as the company’s Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce. Ms Flatjord has already successfully led the e-commerce division as Vice President for the last year and brings more than 20 years of experience in both marketing and e-commerce at national online retailers and Fortune 500 companies.

“Allison’s deep understanding of e-commerce, marketing, and brand building make her the ideal choice to lead these combined divisions,” said President and  Chief Executive Officer Dan Starr.

“Under her guidance, we are confident that Do it Best and our member-owners will continue to thrive in a highly competitive landscape.”

Ms Flatjord’s accomplishments in her previous role include launching a best-in-class e-commerce platform in an aggressive timeframe, migrating hundreds of member-owner microsites, and growing e-commerce sales. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing while maintaining a focus on online sales and integrating digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

“I am thrilled to take on this new challenge and to continue contributing to the success of Do it Best and our members,” said Ms Flatjord.

“The merging of Marketing and E-commerce reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our members and their customers in a digital-first world. I look forward to leading this talented team and driving innovation.”

This strategic consolidation is expected to bring a more cohesive approach to marketing and e-commerce while prioritizing the customer journey and fostering growth in both areas.
