Naturally Blonde Corinthian Doors
As blonde timber and soft colour palettes continue to be on trend in both architecture and interior design, Corinthian Doors continues to offer homeowners style versatility through the release of its stylish Blonde Oak Collection.
Crafted from sustainable American White Oak veneer, traditional stile and rail joinery techniques have also been adopted to construct the exquisite range of entrance doors. Solid in construction and expertly made, the collection is available in a range of designs and sizes, including wide stile pivot doors. There is also the option of pairing these doors with complementary American White Oak frames, such as the Enviroseal, which features an aluminium self-draining sill, conducting rain away from the door.
Modern design and traditional joinery
Blonde Oak Spokesperson, Sally Klopper of Sally Caroline Interior Design, describes the collection as a seamless blend of modern design sensibilities and traditional joinery.
“The detail in the collection is really quite simple. It doesn’t overpower the architectural features of a home and is easily applied to a variety of different styles,” Ms Klopper said.
“The key is the material itself, which is a very light American White Oak that can easily be stained, painted, or even left in its natural state with a light oil. The durability and consistency of White Oak ensures a wonderful canvas for many finishes and colours, making it the perfect material for a variety of different homes,” she said.
From coastal to country, contemporary to industrial, the Blonde Oak Collection is adaptable to most exterior and interior styles and may also be altered to suit individual tastes. Ideal for a grand entrance or other external applications such as backdoors or side entrance doors, the collection also includes vertical and horizontal panel designs, as well as clear and opaque glass options, depending on the chosen design.
Celebrating the unique American White Oak grain in its natural state, Ms Klopper loves the natural texture and raw appearance of the Blonde Oak entrance doors.
“It’s about celebrating these natural materials and textures. Smooth with fine details, the timber grain is amplified by the stain and craftsmanship, making it ideal for light and open interiors,” she said.
With three designs in the range, Blonde Oak is Corinthian’s latest range of entrance doors, providing stylish and grand entrances for all Australian homes.
